Fine Details in Cold Weather

With the Robin or Solo engines in sub-zero weather, feather the throttle just a little to aid in starting.

It’s a good time to double check blade bolts and collar bolts to minimize wear on the drill and transmission. 

With the chipper style auger, the Mag 2000 of Magnum, the blade must be bolted to the top-side of the round plate that it attaches to.  With the auger in operation position be sure the blade is mounted on the top the augers blade carriage disc
